I compared Miyako soba in Miyakojima, but this was the most delicious! I wonder if the seat layout needs to be improved.

(2019/09) Always full of tourists. The aim is about 30 minutes before the end of business hours.Very unique soba. On Miyakojima, you can't find anything else. The noodles are obedient soba and are not so crimped. Come in to do.The soup is a clear brown, close to the Chinese soba (Tokyo ramen) soup. Indeed, it should be compatible with the tourist tongue from the inland. However, this is not typical of Miyako soba soup and it is difficult to say. It is a solitary soup.It is unfortunate to eat Kosoba noodles first and then eat other Miyako soba and think that it is not delicious because it is different from Kosoba. It may not be compatible with orthodox Miyako soba lovers.I would like you to enjoy it as a unique one among various Miyako soba without raising it to the god shelves. It is an interesting store that makes me think a lot.

It seems that there are many irregular holidays.I went there twice during the Bon Festival, but they weren't all open.

Questions & Answers

Since it is crowded at any time, I think that it is good to go with a little extra time. I thought that the taste and shops are very satisfactory.

I always order the Miyako Soba set, so I have not seen the menu so much and I am not very familiar with it, but there are single items such as Miyako Soba, Soki Soba, Tebitchi Soba. There are also katsudon and curry. I think there was a menu. If you look at the homepage you will understand in detail. Please search in the Koza soba menu.
